The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts, visual descriptions, and notes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Specifically:
- Transcripts may not perfectly capture all spoken words, especially with technical terminology, accents, or poor audio quality
- Visual descriptions aim to convey the meaning of slides but may not capture every detail
- Structured notes are AI-organized and should be verified against original lecture content
LectureAid is a supplementary study tool. It is not a substitute for attending lectures, official course materials, or accommodations provided by your institution's disability services office.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Processing times depend on lecture length, slide complexity, and server load. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
